In September 2006, Bosch Security Systems Worldwide, a division of The Bosch Group, bought Telex Communications, Inc. and formed Bosch Communications Systems. The acquisition brings the well-known Bosch quality standards to Telex® through streamlined and modernized processes, as well as a renewed commitment to research and development.

Telex® is proud to be a part of Bosch Security Systems, a division of The Bosch Group that sold products valued at one billion euros in 2005. Bosch Security Systems employs more than 7800 associates, in more than 40 locations in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific.
